Option 1: HTML Embedding Gadget
Click on the “Add Gadget By URL” puzzle piece icon and paste in:
http://wave-ide.appspot.com/html.xml
This will insert a little textbox in your blip where you can paste in whatever HTML code you like.
Option 2: Video Embedding Extensions
Embedding HTML seems like the most versatile option, but the guys at InitialBLIP have made it simpler with their own Wave extensions. You still click on the “Add Gadget By URL”, but instead paste the URL below for your preferred video hosting service, replacing VIDEO_ID with the id of your video.

想放假了
想放假了，想回家，想在下午，拿着相机，到沈阳的街道上走走，落日余晖照在楼上，街道周围都是积雪，脚踩在上面吱吱的响
很无奈的要等到一月末才能回家，在此之前，需要把博士的研究方向定下来
最 近看了些文章，有些想法，不过还需要生生不息，论文不止。打算的是写出来一个正式点的研究计划给老师，里面有要研究的科学问题，还有具体的应用场景的那 种。王老师建议我说直接弄出来一个自然基金的本子出来丢给老师，这样老师肯定答应我做我自己想做的东西。听起来有点不现实，不过谁知道呢。
不过我还是想回家，虽然回家之后效率不高，但是回家就是休息啊，我想休息了
其实我的2009年远没有结束，而对于我来说，自然年是没有多大意义的，至少上博士期间应该是这样的
回家能见到老友，不管怎么变，看到老友们的感觉还是很好的
还有沈阳干冷的空气，虽然沈阳的街道对于我已经有些模糊了，但是还是觉得沈阳很亲切。家周围的一小块有自己的小学，自己的初中，小时候的玩伴也在周围，没事还可以去辽大淘盗版碟
我想我是懒了，我现在就是想躺在自己的床上，就躺着，啥也不干
